She came from a Jewish back ground and at age of 2 She had an encounter with God and She obeyed him. It would be years later, She discovered that it was God who spoke to her. The Bible was only introduced to her at the tender age 5 , where She heard Psalm 23, for the first time.
In June of 1973 She Step into the throne – room grace and mercy and declared that Jesus is the Messiah . She served in the A.F.M. Church until 1994. She then attended Elohim Bible Bhurch until God lead her to Rhema Bible Church. this was when She received a word from God through Prophetic confirmation that She was called to the 5 – Fold Ministry and when She decided to join Rhema Bible Church.

Pastor Dorothy Silva is Known Globally
She served faithfully under pastor ray McCauley from 1997. She did pastoral & television counseling; suicide; depression; marriage; life – skills; divorce; aids and cancer. She has her certificates in marriage & family life skills and healing school. She completed a 3 rd and 4 th year , full – time course , at rhema bible training center from 1999 – 2001. She is an ordained pastor but prefers to share with all what god gave her. She has four beautiful children 3 sons and a daughter. Her two older sons to follow the her mother to bible college completed 2 years.
She has been a recognized conference – and motivational speaker globally. She is not a fire and brim – stone speaker. She is a speaker on the love of god. She will lead you to the river of love that flows from the heart of god. She will not only show you how much god loves you, but let you experience the love of god through the word of knowledge. She believes “all we need is truth love” she spoke in like Europe: Paris, Albania , South America, Zimbabwe, South Africa and America. In the USA since 2014 and had been speaking in the follow the states , New York, Brooklyn, New Jersey, Montana , Billings and Bowsman, Arizona, Mesa, and at the Navajo reser vation , Texas , Paris, Pittsburgh, Dallas, Irving, Bonham, and Oklahoma , Tulsa, Cherokee reservation.
She served faithfully under Pastor Ray McCauley starting in 1997. She provided pastoral and television counseling in areas such as suicide prevention, depression, marriage, life skills, divorce, and support for those affected by AIDS and cancer. She holds certificates in Marriage & Family Life Skills and Healing School.
She completed the 3rd and 4th years of a full-time course at Rhema Bible Training Center from 1999 to 2001. Though She is an ordained pastor, She prefers to share the teachings and insights that God has given her with everyone.
She is the proud mother of four beautiful children: three sons and a daughter. Her two older sons followed in her footsteps to Bible College, where they each completed two years of study.

Since 2014, She has spoken in the following states: New York, Brooklyn, New Jersey, Montana (Billings and Bowman), Arizona (Mesa and the Navajo Reservation), Texas, Paris, Pittsburgh, Dallas, Irving, Bonham, Oklahoma (Tulsa and the Cherokee Reservation).
